St Mary's Church
Calle Iglesia leads to this church with ochre coloured walls that contrast with the white houses. Built after the Reconquest, it resembles a fortress with solid walls, with the belltower on one side and buttresses on the other. Several picturesque streets surround it and small restaurants and bars are in the parallel street, Calle de Enmedio.

Molinos del Río Agua
The mills are 5km south-east of Sorbas. They have been converted to accommodate alternative techniques for developing desert areas (solar energy stoves, water purifiers). Take the waymarked trails to see traditional irrigation canals and ruined mills and ovens.

Church of the Incarnation
The impressive 16C church is flanked by four mighty towers. These are so massive and square that the place looks more like a fortress than a church.

Museo Antonio Manuel Campoy
This museum occupies a restored pavilion and a large tower of the castle. On his death, a famous art critic of the newspaper ABC left a private collection of modern Spanish art to the museum (paintings, drawings and engravings), a collection of weapons and many personal objects.
