We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to work closely with the Head of Car Rental Supply at the Park Royal office.

This exciting role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their analytical skills whilst working in the fast paced car rental arena.

The main responsibilities will be tracking pricing movement within the market and implementing & preparing new rates into the system for key countries such as, the UK, USA, Spain, France, Italy, Greece & Portugal. You will be preparing rate analysis documentation, making market comparisons and preparing weekly KPI reports. You will have to highlight and manage forecasts, margins and volumes using current and historic data to improve the overall business forecasts. You will also prepare supplier’s booking reports, understanding year on year performance to achieve targets.

We are looking for someone who is highly numerate and literate, with excellent attention to detail. The right candidate will be able to work well under pressure and be skilled in the prioritisation of workflow. You will have the opportunity to work with, communicate and present complex data and concepts to all levels of the organisation including Marketing, Customer Service, IT and Senior Management.

A pro-active approach is a must and for the right candidate there is the opportunity to grow within the business.

We are looking for an accounts assistant to join its head office team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Director the responsibilities and duties of the role include:

• Supplier Invoice and account reconciliations
• Matching, Coding and posting supplier invoices
• Investigating and fixing cost errors and differences
• Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation (Accruals and Prepayments)
• Processing journals
• Bank reconciliations
• Account analysis
• Liaise with key suppliers and develop relationship
• Liaise with other departments to resolve differences
• Process Payments (from initial preparation on bank website, posting through to accounting system, cash allocation, batching and matching and issuing a remittance)
• On going improvement of controls and processes
• Maintaining Coda Financials
• Assisting with the maintenance of all accounting records
• Other Ad-hoc tasks

The following skills / experience are required:

Strong analytical/ numerical skills.
Tenacity and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure/own initiative and show flexibility to meet business needs.
Good communicative and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of Excel - experience of lookups and pivot tables preferred.
Access knowledge to run queries on our databases would be advantageous.
Experience of Coda Financials or other finance systems.
Experience of working with foreign currencies.
Any previous experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
Minimum 2 years experience in an accounting role essential.
Part accounting qualification would be an advantage.

Initially reporting to Sir Stelios who is the acting CEO of the company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives. To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor pricing data and implement marketing plans, online and off line. This newly created more senior position will play a central role in promoting the launch of “the Car Club” –the trading name for P2P rental, that allows car-owners to rent their own vehicles (when not in use) to other club members typically in the same neighbourhood . As the project will launch in London in the next couple of months, we are seeking someone who is familiar with London- based media and marketing options. The HQ of the company and the hub of the car club project is in freehold premises owned by a sister easyGroup company in Park Royal.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with excellent communication and organizational skills; the ability to work successfully on multiple projects and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will be hands on, have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, extensive knowledge of online traffic-building methods, familiarity with on line marketing techniques including social media and SEO and a creative sense for the brand, strong attention to detail and great follow-up skills.
