The 5% discount is off the cost of the car hire, including processing of the vehicle, rental of the vehicle for the period stated and unlimited mileage, but excluding fuel, post rental charges and young drivers surcharge (if applicable). Terms and Conditions Porsche Boxster weekend hire Prize Draw: 1. Entrants must be aged between 30 and 74 inclusive, UK resident and hold a valid UK issued Visa card, (including CI and IoM). 2. Employees of Visa International Service Association and easyCar (UK) Limited, their families, their subsidiary companies, agents or anyone professionally involved in the promotion are excluded from entry. 3. Every cardholder registered for Verified by Visa and subsequently making a Visa transaction at easyCar.com/Visa in the UK from 1st September 2007 until 30th September 2007 will be automatically entered into a national prize draw to win one of five prestige car hire weekends up to a maximum value of £750 each. 4. There are 5 prizes, each of a weekend’s hire of a Porsche Boxster, starting on a Friday night (between 30th November 2007 and 30th May 2008), ending on a Monday morning (between 3rd December 2007 and 2nd June 2008) and includes the rental of your Vehicle for the period stated in your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable), preparation of your Vehicle, a transaction fee, Third party motor liability insurance valid where driver is authorised, all applicable sales and insurance taxes, airport surcharges and all extras purchased at the time of booking (e.g. additional driver charge) but excludes fuel, the late return charge, Deposits (see T&C’s), Insurance Excess (liability for accidental loss/damage to the Vehicle below the agreed excess), additional non-mandatory insurance (such as loss/damage waiver 2 insurance available at time of booking to reduce liability for accidental loss/damage to the Vehicle), parking fines and all other penalties and fines incurred during your rental, the out of hours charge and the booking amendment charge. Pick up time is between 17.00 and 22.00 on a Friday night, dependent on location opening hours. Drop off time is between 7.00 and 9.00 on a Monday morning, dependent on location opening hours. 8. Winners must be in possession of a full, valid UK or overseas driving licence that has been held for at least one year prior to entry into the draw. The new UK Photo Driving licence was first issued in July 1998. Endorsements are not shown on this licence but are displayed on a secondary paper Counterpart Licence. Winners must produce both documents at the start of the rental. Existing paper licences (which do not show endorsements) will be valid until their expiry date or until their details change. Licences issued overseas must be clearly identifiable as a driving licence, otherwise an International Driving Licence will be required. 9. Winners will be able to drive in the UK mainland only. 10. Winners may pick up their car from any of the 80 available easyCar Prestige Car Hire locations throughout the UK, please refer to http://www.easycar.com/nossl/OurLocations.aspx/EN/500 for locations. 11. No purchase necessary to enter prize draw. 12. For free entry, Visa cardholders can send a postcard marked ‘Love Every day with Visa at easyCar.com’, stating name, address and first 6 digits of their Visa credit or debit card, by post to PO Box 3536, Windsor, SL4 1XG to be entered into the prize draw. Only one entry per stamped envelope. No bulk or third party entries accepted. Entries restricted to Visa cardholders only. 13. The closing date for all entries is 30th September 2007 at 23.59. 14. Entries arriving after the closing date and time will not be accepted. 15. Any entries lost, damaged, delayed or illegible will not be accepted. 16. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and will be notified in writing by 15th November 2007. 17. A full list of winners will be available from 25th November 2007 by sending an SAE marked ‘Visa easyCar Winners’ to PO Box 3536, Windsor, SL4 1XG. 18. Where any prizewinner does not acknowledge receipt of prize notification and confirm their intention to accept the prize within 30 days of such notification being posted, that prize will then be redrawn under independent supervision and this same rule shall apply to any subsequent winner drawn. 19. Winners may be asked to take part in easyCar.com advertising and any relevant public relations exercise undertaken by easyCar.com. 20.
