easyCar.com drives into 2009 with new agencies

TBG, nonstopConsulting and LBi Netrank brought on to drive growth International car rental broker service easyCar.com has hired a raft of new agencies to support the brand as it forges ahead with an aggressive pan-European growth strategy. TBG London will be taking on easyCar’s online marketing proposition in the UK. The online specialists will take responsibility for the brand’s PPC function, affiliate marketing, online partnerships and online display advertising in the UK. It will also look after online marketing activity for easyVan.com. Improving easyCar’s pan-European online offering is a key element of the brand’s wider growth strategy and incumbent nonstopConsulting has been retained to drive this forward. The Munich-based performance marketing specialist will take on the online marketing for Germany, France, Netherlands and Spain, building up PPC and affiliate marketing activity. It will also be responsible for recruiting and managing online partnerships across Europe. As Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) becomes an increasingly important part of online marketing, Exeter based LBi Netrank has been named as easyCar’s retained agency for SEO activity. LBi Netrank's focus will be on improving easyCar's SEO position in the UK, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany and other countries in Europe.
