easyCar expands in the UK easyCar has expanded again by another 113 sites, this time all of them in the UK. easyCar continues to expand through brokerage agreements whereby easyCar uses the strength of its brand, website and purchasing power to sell car hire to customers and vehicles themselves are supplied by local car hire companies.
Alamo is the car hire company supplying vehicles to easyCar customers in these 113 newly available brokered sites. In addition easyCar continues to operate its own 13 corporate sites in the UK so that it can now provide best value car hire to consumers at 126 locations in the UK. In total easyCar can now provide vehicles in more than 900 sites in the UK, France, Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the USA.

The brokerage model has allowed easyCar to expand from some 50 sites to more than 900 in one season alone, much faster growth than could have been managed organically. The brokerage model also incorporates both the strengths and efficiencies contained within the easyCar online brand and those provided by locally based car hire companies.

"easyCar continues to fight for the consumer by reducing the cost of car rental," said Stelios, serial entrepreneur and easyGroup chairman who founded easyCar.
