Enterprise age requirements
How old do you have to be to rent a car from Enterprise?
In the UK, Enterprise does not permit young drivers to rent their vehicles. You must be a minimum of 25 years old and have held a full driving licence for one year.
Only customers 30 years old and over may hire select vehicles, including SUVs and premium cars.
When renting a vehicle with Enterprise in Greece, drivers must be at least 21 years old. There are no restrictions on the category of car you can hire as a young driver.
Those between the ages of 21-22 are required, however, to pay a young driver surcharge of €15 on certain types of vehicles.
The maximum age to rent a vehicle is 75 for all categories of car.
In Spain, the minimum age to rent a car with Enterprise is 21, except in the Canary Islands where you must be at least 22.
Young drivers between 21-24 have to pay a fee of €12.50 per day up to a maximum of €125 per rental.
For certain categories of car, you must be 25 or older. There is no maximum age limit.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my rental car?
When picking-up your car hire from Enterprise, you will need to bring the following items with you: valid driving licence, booking voucher, passport, and international driving permit (only required for driving licences not written in English). International travellers hiring a car in the UK must also show proof of return and address while in the UK.
Can I use a debit card to pay for the deposit on my Enterprise rental?
Generally, you will need a credit card with the main driver’s name on it to pay for your rental deposit. However, a debit card may be accepted in some locations but an identity check and address verification will need to be carried out to do so.
