Olympic National Park
One of North America’s few UNESCO World Heritage sites, Olympic National Park is a diverse landscape of age old beauty. Practically situated in Seattle’s backyard, the widely visited park emcompasses almost every thinkable landscape, including forests, mountains, lakes and beaches.
At the core of the park lies the Olympic Mountain range, with its glaciers and snowfields, while at the foot of the mountains is the temperate Hoh Rain Forest.
